  • Speaker 1 (00:00:00) - Welcome back to another episode of the Money Mindset Hub podcast. I honestly cannot express how grateful I am that this is what I get to do and this is the way that I get to share my message and connect and inspire and support and empower women to really unlock their potential and. Be able to do what they came here to do and show themselves what they're capable of. Today, I had the pleasure of I had a beautiful private client call this morning that was by far one of the most expansive conversations that I have ever been in. And we spoke about quantum manifestation and energetics and just so many beautiful things were going on in our conversation today that my client even got tears of gratitude in her eyes for how far she's come, because it truly was a full circle moment for her from when we started working together a few months ago. And I honestly was just like, Oh, pinch me. This is this is everything like getting those kinds of responses. There's no other way to describe it other than when I am on a call and I'm teaching and I'm delivering, especially in a private setting, whether it's a small, intimate group or whether it is with the private client 1 to 1, it is like this whole other person comes over me and I feel like I'm just completely channeling, like whatever is coming through.

Speaker 1 (00:01:24) - I know it's supposed to be received. And I got that reconfirmed over and over again today, even after that private session, which was just so beautiful and powerful and she was lit up, we were both buzzing. The energy was just so magnetic. And then about half an hour after that, I was a guest expert in the beautiful Adele's group coaching program for the Donor Egg Mama. And that was just something else. And it made me also realize, I suppose, how far I've come on this journey. And so this really today is going to be a message to you about never giving up, because the feelings that I had today and the way that I actually was able to see myself fully in my own power is just something that I have been longing for that makes sense. I'm trying not to cry here. I don't know. It's like I'm confident in what I do. I know I do. I know the magic that I can bring. But it's there's something so potent around being in a space like that and being able to just fully channel whatever it is that I know that they need to hear.

Speaker 1 (00:02:30) - So in that group was speaking about money mindset and the way that I view it, and I was simplifying it because money's purely just a resource out there to support us and we can cultivate an abundant mindset. And the more that we do that, the more that life gets to be so beautiful and everything gets to feel effortless, everything gets to feel easy. And so I really want to share with you a couple of the things that was really potent that we were speaking about, and it also had made me realize how much this has just become second nature. And I know now that the way I think, the way that I process information, the way that I uncover my shadows, the way that I keep moving no matter what, and I never give up. And I keep flexing that confidence muscle because confidence is just a muscle. Even when we're scared, even when we feel like, who are we to do this? Like you just keep going and it's pushing yourself to another edge. And I spoke about this recently on a podcast episode about becoming addicted to meeting your edges and being uncomfortable is such a beautiful thing.

Speaker 1 (00:03:30) - I had this conversation with Mick the other day and I was saying, you know, I never feel like I'll know enough. I feel like I will always be forever evolving and moving. And this is what I was explaining to these ladies is money mindset is a form of personal development. It is a never ending journey. There are constant reframes that we need to go through and explained how we're not our thoughts. Our thoughts come into our mind. They evoke an emotional response and it's up to us to shift the frequency of our feelings, to be able to attract and call in the life that we desire. So those thoughts that lead to those feelings then create our behaviors. They're the ways that we act. We react the way that we don't act at all. And then that leads to the results that leads to our life, that leads to either creating the life and business of our dreams or pushing it further away. And I feel like just taking it back to basics for a moment, we can talk about quantum manifestation.

Speaker 1 (00:04:26) - We could talk about energetics all day, but really the root concept of all of that is understanding the power of your mind and mastering your mindset. Now that sounds so simple and it sounds so cliche, but truly, if there's anything I have learned, it is that I've never stopped, never stopped reframing and being committed to reprogramming my mind and up leveling every single day. And it is a practice. The only scientific proven method of reprogramming your mind is repetition. And the repetition happens in those moments when you catch those thoughts. And whether those thoughts serve you or not. It is up to you to shift them to a thought that is supportive of what it is you're trying to bring to life. Our thoughts lead to our feelings that lead to our actions or in actions that leads to our results. That is as simple as it gets to be. Now, another thing that was sort of coming up more so I suppose on the money side of things was just the way that I go about money. And I really want to bring this to you here because if you're feeling stuck with money, if you're feeling like there's never enough, if you're feeling like you're manifesting all this money and your savings is going up and up and then all of a sudden you feel like these bills come out of nowhere.

Speaker 1 (00:05:47) - And it just seems like you've got this rollercoaster relationship with money and that overflowing abundance just doesn't seem to exist. It is in the way that we view money. It is in the way that we look at money. It is in the way that we understand the power of money is actually so much deeper than money. Money is physically just an object that we give meaning to, and our relationship with money is something we all have to practice and work on. If we desire to have more of it. It's something we need to work on and to look at it for what it really is. It's a tool. It's a resource. It's here to provide you with the life that you desire. It is here to support your dreams, your goals, your ambitions. And if you look around you right now, even as you're listening to this, you will be able to spot many different things. That money has brought you the roof that is over your head, the food that is on your plate, the gifts you get to give to your loved ones, the opportunities to create a business like we have Internet.

Speaker 1 (00:06:53) - That is a big thing. All of these beautiful things that we are so, so grateful for. We forget that money is what actually brought us them. There is a lot to be said about focusing on gratitude over anything else, because love and money operate on the same frequency. Now, if you've ever heard of the emotional guidance scale, that is a scale of emotions. Your emotions are your frequency. If you want to shift your frequency, you need to understand how to shift your emotions and build that emotional intelligence. Love is the very highest frequency. Money and love are on the same frequency. When you can lean into the love, the appreciation, the gratitude for everything you have now and everything that's going to come. And you can hold the faith that what you know deep in your soul that you are supposed to create have do experience in your life. It will come to you the more that you focus on gratitude for what you have and you keep taking incremental steps forward to get to that life that you desire to building that dream business that provides you with the freedom.

Speaker 1 (00:08:01) - Because essentially that's what money does. The more money we have, the more opportunity, the more choice, the more freedom that we have. And that is something that we all have. The power of our perception of money is in our power, and that will directly impact our experience of money. So if we look at money like it's the root of all evil, if we look at money like it's just a necessary tool to survive, if we don't look at money like it is something that it will enable the beautiful travels that you want to go on to outsource and make your life easier and buy you more time. Because at the end of the day, your time you cannot get back. And I know you would have heard this a million times over, but your time you cannot get back and that money can buy you more time. The more that you outsource. Buys you more time. You know, there's so many different ways that it can support us and think we forget. So a really powerful reframe that I want to give you today is the concept today that you need to appreciate money for what it is, the money that is coming in just as much as the money that is going out and appreciate abundance for what it is.

Speaker 1 (00:09:15) - Be aware of how abundant you actually are. Now. Don't just mean the income that you're making of course. Like be grateful for the income that you're making. Be grateful for the $20 you might find on the street. Be grateful for the tax refund that's coming your way. Be grateful for the discount on the thing that you are buying. Be grateful for one of your friends who bought you a meal and that you didn't have to pay for. That is all universal abundance, and there are many different ways that abundance comes into us. You already are so abundant. We were born abundant. We are supposed to feel abundant, but often we get caught up in this construct that we just need more and more and more and you can never get ahead. And it's just this rat race, right? But it doesn't have to be like that. If you use money in accordance with your values, you spend money in accordance with your values. That is when it feels good. So if you don't know where your money is going, I challenge you to look at that.

Speaker 1 (00:10:09) - Think about what are your top values in life and then have a look at your bank account. Are you spending money in alignment with your values or is there more deep rooted beliefs that you need to go through? Are you spending money as quick as it's coming in? Are you spending out on things to get that instant gratification, or do you realize that, you know what, I actually bought this thing just to make me feel better when I got it actually didn't really feel better. Our spending habits, they will show us where our values are and when there's a disconnect, that's when we can feel like there's this funky energy with money going on. So another way to reframe bills. Every bill that you pay give it thanks. Be grateful for it. This is what I started to do many, many years ago, and it has been a game changer. So, for instance, a gas bill. So every time a gas bill would come in, I would start looking at it and giving it thanks, saying I will pay this because I'm so thankful that this keeps my family warm during winter.

Speaker 1 (00:11:10) - My internet bill. Thank you for providing me internet because this is the tool I need to build my business. Thank you for the electricity to turn the lights on at night. Thank you to the grocery bill so I can feed my family. If you start to look at where you're spending your money and you can genuinely hand on your heart say, I'm so thankful for that. Maybe it's the outfit that made you feel so damn confident. Thank you for that. This makes me feel like my highest version of me. It's in those reframes where everything gets to shift. And that's something that it cannot be overlooked because when you start to practice that, you start to reframe the thoughts and the spiraling thoughts. Sometimes, you know, when we start to think a thought and all of a sudden, Oh my God, it's like this negative spiraling loop out of control, that is where we need to catch ourselves and go, Oh, hang on a sec. Hang on a second. What is going on here? Why do I feel like this? Because the whole goal here in healing your relationship with money and building a more supportive relationship with money is to be able to bring neutrality to when you speak about money, money should make you feel neutral.

Speaker 1 (00:12:19) - Now, there's obviously two ends to that too. We can be in total avoidance of our money, never looking at our bank account, never opening the bills, or we can be in total control. And we're like scrimping and saving every single dollar and we never spend any money on actually enjoying life. So there's a way that I think it is Jordan Peterson. I think he explained. Like there's the calm and the chaos and we need to be hovering around somewhere in the middle because if we're way too in the comment, are we missing anything? Is there something going on? Or if we're way too in the chaos, like no one's got their shit together. In between the calm and the chaos is where you will find that equilibrium. And that's how I want you to look at money. We're not in avoidance and we're not in total control. We are neutral. We feel good with it. We can open our bank account and we're not freaking out. We can open our bills and we can give thanks to the bill for what it's providing us.

Speaker 1 (00:13:14) - It's really powerful. And I promise you, the more that you start to think about this, like even just that, if you just do that alone, you start to think the money that is leaving your life just as much as the money that is coming in, your relationship with money will heal. Your relationship with money will change, and you will begin to notice these generational patterns with money as well. Because maybe it's your parents, your grandparents, your great grandparents, whatever era they were born into, they behaved a certain way with money because that's what they had to do at that point to survive. And that's all they knew. We live in the 20th century. We have so many opportunities. We are so blessed in so many ways, and a lot of the hardships that our grandparents and our great grandparents had to face we no longer have to face. It's different. So let's start to be aware of where are these thoughts like actually coming from? Are they triggering a deep rooted belief that was actually a belief passed down from generations before? Am I buying into the generational patterns rather than going, No, I'm going to be the pattern interrupter in my family.

Speaker 1 (00:14:25) - I'm going to change my relationship with money, and this is how money will make me feel. Remember, money and love are on the same frequency. The more that you can give thanks and appreciation to every single dollar, like it's $1,000, like it's $1 million, it doesn't matter. Money is subjective. What's a lot to you and a lot to the next person is very different based on your conditioning, where you come from, your experiences and where you're at now, and also your journey. So money mindset, like I said, is a form of personal development. You never stop. It's not like something that you just do once and you look at and you're like, Yeah, of course. Wait, I've got no money issues. At every new level. There is always going to be things that come up and sometimes it is repetitive beliefs that come up, but you always have the power to shift them. And every time you shift them, every time you reframe them, every time you shift your frequency to a higher frequency emotion.

Speaker 1 (00:15:18) - That is you being the patent interrupter, and that is you shifting the opportunities, the choices, the freedom that come your way and what you are capable of creating, doing, being, having, experiencing in your life. That's where it starts. I hope this was helpful. I hope you just got even one nugget of wisdom in this because it truly is like if you feel in that total avoidance that not enough, that lack, that scarcity, that doubt, that fear that it's just going to all come crumbling down, you're going to be left with $0 in the bank and no roof over your head. There is always somewhere to start and there is always someone to get better. So we will always remain the student. And the longer that you can understand to remain the student and continue to learn and evolve and grow. Life just gets better and better. It truly does. I was having a discussion with Mick after I got off the group call today when literally, like I walked into our room, he got rained off.

Speaker 1 (00:16:14) - So he got home early and walked into our room. I had tears in my eyes and he's like, Oh my God, what's wrong? I said, No, I'm just so full of gratitude. I'm so full of gratitude that I did this and I never gave up. And that here I am speaking about money and I'm speaking about your mind and the power of it and what you can bring to life. And it is resonating. It is resonating every single time that I speak about this, every single time I'm a guest expert, every single time I'm on a client call, every single time I get a Dan back because someone's listened to my podcast or they've listened to a replay from a program that they've been in, they've gone back over and over and over again and listened and they've taken away something different every time. That, to me is just it shows how far we get to go. And I'm not done. I'm just starting. And if you're in business as well, you understand this too.

Speaker 1 (00:17:03) - Before I started my business, I had no idea really what I wanted to do. And Mick actually said to me before he said, You always wanted to have a career, but I knew what you were doing previously, years and years ago. Right? When was project managing? And it was a really high, stressful job. And I was also a solution architect there at one point where I had to design businesses. So my background is actually in well managing and leading teams and then designing businesses and then being a part of the project management team in the leadership team and all of that. So I've got lots of different areas of experience, which is fantastic. But he said, I knew back then that wasn't for you because I knew you wanted a career, but I knew that wasn't it. Because if that was how you were going to get to be successful, that is when things aren't going to go to plan and it's not going to feel good. And he goes, I didn't want to see you in that because you were pretty stressed.

Speaker 1 (00:17:51) - But he said, seeing you now, you are so fulfilled, you are so happy, you are so lit up and you are doing what you came in to do. I was just like. You nailed it. And it's so funny because, yeah, even if you're starting out or maybe you've been in business for a couple of years too, and you're still feeling like, I don't know what I'm doing, I feel like I've got to pivot. Maybe I've got to move around. Just trust those nudges, follow those nudges. And especially for business owners, never, ever stop working on your relationship with money. Never stop. Because every new level, every new challenge, every new unknown, there is so much to learn. But you just can't stop. Like you just can't stop. And I want you to feel how I feel right now. I want everybody listening to this to feel how I feel right now. And yeah, I'm just I'm so I'm so bloody grateful. And it's a real pinch me moment of like, I'm glad I never stopped and I'm glad I followed those nudges that told me to relaunch my business even though I had a newborn baby and a two year old and a four year old.

Speaker 1 (00:19:01) - It was like relaunch the business car, start the podcast, put out your money program, put out your mastermind, put out your membership, do all these things, and just put yourself out there and don't start putting yourself out there because you're meant to do something bigger here. You're meant to create something bigger here. And I feel like it's all it's all coming together like it honestly is. That's my favorite saying. MC And my favorite thing is it's all coming together and it really is. And he looked at me today and he said, like, this is just the beginning for you. This is just the beginning. And to be honest to everyone listening to this, this is just your beginning too, because we'll always remain a student. So it'll always feel like we are just beginning again. It's the next chapter of this evolution of our life. And at the end of the day, your life is. Just a beautiful movie that you get to craft like you are the author of your life. You really do get to decide what stays, what goes, what shifts, what changed, and what you allow yourself to create and receive.

Speaker 1 (00:20:06) - So anyway, I will leave you with that. I hope you love this. If you really did love this episode, please feel free to join me in the Matrix membership because that is the place where I am supporting women and empowering women step into their most confident self and remove the self limitations and beliefs that we have around what we can and can't do in this life and build a life and business that they never, ever want to escape.
