More equals more, both of what you want and what you don't.

Can you teach yourself to hold the duality when they come?

The answer is Yes.

Will it be easy? No, but every challenge you face is a lesson to build resilience and prove to yourself what you are made of.

Last weekend I had the most igniting convo with my husband, literally more of everything I had envisioned is done, it's all happening, the money, the clients, the success, the visibility, all of it.

So I was deciding what was next, what do I want, what do my clients want, what makes sense for this season of life, and so it was decided (more on that soon),  but this is the mantra I have been repeating to myself daily since then if you want to adopt it to yourself...

Oooft say that out loud with conviction, doesn't it just hit a chord and remind you who the f*ck you are!

Since then I've been making big boss moves in the back end of my biz and visualising the possibilities and stepping into the next version of me.

By far one of the most profound practices because I have seen what I have visualized so clearly, come into the 3D and often much quicker than expected.
