5 years from now you'll still be wishing you had of taken the leap if you don't practice this now.
If you live with regret, you only have yourself to blame.
Neuroscientists believe that 95% of the time you are living your life on autopilot (essentially your subconscious brain where your beliefs and habit are stored rule you).
So basically what they are saying is that if in 1 year, 5 years or 20 years from now and you have any regrets, that was your decision because you failed to work on your beliefs, habits and act in alignment with your desires/soul/intuition.
The practice of becoming self aware and living "consciously" will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!
This is where you;
👉Be brave and bold
👉Swallow your pride
👉Take ownership
👉Accept when you are wrong
👉Drop the judgement and stay neutral
👉Aim to better yourself
Once you start to do these things;
✅ You will be triggered
✅ You will feel fear, pain or trauma
✅ You will recognise bad habits
✅ Ways you self sabotage your success
✅ Ways you keep yourself and your business small
✅ Become aware of the beliefs you have about yourself and what is possible for you in this life.
It is your choice what you do with this new found awareness:
1️⃣ Do nothing and keep dreaming of dream life
2️⃣ Rewire your subconscious beliefs, introduce better habits, act alignment with your highest self, release pain and trauma, then attract that damn ABUNDANCE!
Remember, manifestation can't happen without aligned action 😉
