  • Welcome to the money mindset hub podcast. I'm your host, Carla Townsend, and money mindset and success coach on a mission to normalize feminine wealth through empowering the minds of fierce females in business, you're in the right place if you are a female who wants to become a vibrational match to attract more wealth, freedom and abundance, because the world needs more kind hearted women like you with deep pockets. So let's get started. Hello, and welcome back to another episode of the money mindset hub podcast. It has been a little while since I've actually recorded and new episode. But this just dropped in this morning. And I thought, I'm just gonna jump on and I'm going to record it. So if you want more money flow, there is one thing that you need to change one thing and one thing only. So what if I told you that when you are experiencing your reality, in real time, when you're observing through the lens of your eyes, it fires up the same parts of your brain? As if you had your eyes shut. And you were remembering a memory if you were remembering a situation and what you were observing in real time.

    1:16

    All right. So this

    1:20

sparks the question of then Well, what is actually happening in reality? Is that what I'm actually viewing through my eyes in real time? Or is it what my brain is comprehending as real, with the inclusion of all of your limiting beliefs, all of your conditioning, all of your inhibitions, all of your actual awareness as to what's actually going on. You see, when you take a picture with the camera, there are no objections, there is no inhibitions in that camera, there is no beliefs in that camera. So it's taking a picture of the full scenario, the full situation that is in front of you. But our minds work very differently to a camera. So scientists actually don't know, they cannot confirm whether what we're experiencing in reality is actually reality. Or it is what our brains view as reality, in amongst all the beliefs and conditioning and inhibitions that are there it is what goes through the lens of what we're seeing. And then we actually get out perceived experience, it is actually not always what is really happening right in front of us. Because sometimes there are things that we don't even realize that are there. We don't even realize that, you know, things exist, right? We don't realize that things exist sometimes because we're not aware of it yet. We're not at that stage of our development, yet at that stage of our growth on our spiritual journey. So we don't see all the different pathways that are available to us in real time. So the one thing that you have to change in order to be available, to see all the possibilities, and be able to build the trust and the knowing. And I mean, like the deep, knowing the sparks, that come to you is your mindset. If you change your mindset around what you're actually perceiving what is real, and what the possibilities are. That is when you get the money flow. That is when you get the divine sparks. They often sit dormant for a long time, until you are ready to receive them until your conscious awareness is open up to the possibilities that could exist that may have never existed before. Everything started ends in your mindset. Because your mindset is the lens of your experiences. Your mindset consists of like I said, it consists of all your limiting beliefs, all of the conditioning, all of the things that you actually think are true or false. All of your inhibitions, all of your self doubt, all of the ways that we we block ourselves. And we see what's actually real and what can we actually do in this life, you know, all of it starts and ends with our mindset. So if we changed our mindset, and if we focused really, really hard on flexing our mindset muscle and tapping into new possibilities, that's when we observe things differently. That is when we get those divine sparks. That is when we get those nudges those intuitive nudges those hits to then go into Take aligned action, it all starts and ends with your mindset. It is such a powerful tool, our brains are so powerful. And the beauty is you can change it, it is never going to stay the same.

    5:18

There is a term called neuroplasticity, which explains that you can change your beliefs, you can change your your, your inhibitions, you can can change your conditioning, you can change the way that triggers respond in your mindset. So when there is a trigger of some form, and not just necessarily, you know, a negative trigger, but just a trigger, in general, when something happens, your mind instantly goes to a certain thought, because it's been wired to go to that certain thought, instantly. So let's say you saw someone who was really wealthy. And your mindset was instantly like, they're just lucky. Okay, so that is your default way of operating, that is the default way that your brain comprehends that trigger. There's someone wealthy, or they're probably just lucky. But the key here is being able to catch that and change that and swap it and change that neural pathway to something more positive. And it sounds really simple. Because it is, but it takes so much practice. All right. And I've been there, I've absolutely been there. I've thought, you know, oh, my God, there's really wealthy people there, you know, they're probably just lucky, they probably know something that I don't, you know, they're probably got all these things that I don't. But it's not that at all. It's not that at all. And when I began to see it differently, when I began to pick up on those triggers, and instead of going, Are there wealthy person, they're just lucky, I would swap it to wow, they actually, they probably have a lot more confidence. And they did what they wanted to do. And they, they worked on their limitations, they worked on their conditioning, they worked on what they perceived as a block and did it anyway, right, they felt the fear. And they did it anyway, because it felt right, it felt aligned their energy was behind it. And that is a powerful thing to keep swapping it. So every single time I would see someone who was wealthy, I would flip that script, I would change that narrative. And I have been doing this for years to now, when the same trigger happens, my mind does not go to they are lucky. My mind goes to inspiration like, oh, wow, you know, they've probably done so much like, you know, and sometimes it does go to, they probably worked really hard for that, you know, I mean, I know now that money isn't necessarily hard to earn, right? A lot of us are really great at creating money, it's the actual receiving of the money, it's the actual holding of the money, it's the the actual feeling of being worthy to receive that kind of money, and then use it for good, and then use it in a way that's aligned with our values. That really intentional peace around money, mindful money, mindful spending, mindful saving, mindful investing. And it's always working towards your bigger goals, your bigger aspirations. So this is something that I think everybody needs to know. Because often we think that it's so much harder than what it really is. And sometimes, yes, you do need that guidance and support, and they're not necessarily always going to go away, you'll get those triggers. And even if you keep doing this, you keep catching it, you keep changing it to a more positive one, you keep going on this journey of changing your neural pathways. Instead of thinking, the negative response, you choose a more positive response. And over and over and over, it gets easier and easier until all of a sudden, that becomes your default way of operating your default way of thinking. Your default when the same trigger comes up. It thinks differently. So now, it's a question of Will there really wealthy? So if they can do that? I can do that. Because we are all connected, right? We are all connected. So no one no outcome is out of reach for you, unless you believe it's out of reach for you. You know, you've we've seen so many stories of people who literally come from nothing, who literally come from nothing, and they create a fortune. They create such a successful, abundant life. And the one thing that every single one of those people has in common Harman is a supportive mindset is a supportive belief system is, there is no option B, right? There's no Plan B, this is what I want. This is my desire, this is what I'm chasing. And they do everything they can do everything that feels aligned, they work on themselves, they continue to do the work regardless. And they always get to where they want to go, always get to where they want to go. Because of that one thing. And then by following the path that feels the most aligned, and when I say aligned, I know that's a bit of a buzzword, it's thrown around a lot, but aligned is just a full place of joy. Right? Aligned is like, it lights you up. And that's what feels good. And it's always working towards your goals. Now a really good way to know what you actually want. And that can be one of the hardest things that people work out is well, I don't know what I want. I don't you know, you don't have that clarity, you feel like? Well, everybody else seems to know what they want. So what's what's wrong with me? Why don't I know what I want out of life? It's because we get to a point where we've just been living habitually. And we have been living a life that that's all we've seen. You know, we've seen our family and our friends have gone down this path, we believe that we've got to follow this path. And I did that right. I thought that I had to finish high school, go to uni, get a degree. And that's what I would do for the rest of my life. And it took me a while to even figure out, well, what did I even want to do? I mean, it led to dropping out of uni twice. So I mean, that wasn't working for me. But it's because it truthfully wasn't what I wanted to do. But I didn't know that until I started to look for other ways, until I started to get really obsessed with a positive obsession, obviously, like a really inspirational obsession with people that was so successful, particularly women and mothers. Because at the time that I really started to dive deep into what is my purpose? What is my purpose in life? It was when I was pregnant with my first daughter, who's now five, I started listening to women in business, successful women, what are they doing? What do they know that? I don't know yet? What are they aware of that I'm not yet aware of. So then I'm not actually observing that I'm not seeing the possibilities. I'm not seeing what they what they saw, you know. And that was the thing that I realized was, all of these women, they knew what they wanted, they had the clarity. And they had a supportive belief system that they continually worked on, when it wasn't something they could click their fingers. And all of a sudden, they knew what they wanted to do. And they just went for it. Right? They continually do it. And I know very successful women in business, and they still have to work through their beliefs, they still have to work through their conditioning. Because New Level new devil, it's a real thing, you know, often it's the same beliefs, often it's the same conditioning. And often it's the same inhibitions that pop up. Because they're so deeply ingrained, they become habits. The way that our mindset operates, is habitual. It all lives in our subconscious mind, the way that we naturally default operate. It's in our subconscious mind, until we bring it to our conscious mind, and we choose to change it. We choose to change the subconscious conditioning. And then all of a sudden, that's when the magic starts to happen, we start to realize, well, they were just like me, they had the same feelings, the same beliefs, the same desires. But they did one thing that was different, and they committed to themselves to follow that path. They committed to themselves to follow what felt good, and work through all the shit that come up, because it does and it will. There is always something within you. Always there is a spark and it just sits dormant until you activate it. There's always a dream, a desire. So doing one thing and making a commitment to do the work, to change your mindset to change your beliefs and actually believe in yourself and take the next step regardless of how illogical it may be. I get that sometimes you're like bull, my desires are so far out of reach, like, you know, I want the millions of dollars. I want the seven figure business. I want the dream house I want the dream family life. I want all these things and they feel so far away. It's one step at a time. It's one One action at a time.

    15:04

And the beauty that comes from that the beauty that comes from this self awakening, and stepping out of your own comforts and becoming the real you. That's where the magic is. Life is so short, and the years are just going faster and faster. So think about it, what's the one thing that you want to work towards? What's the one thing in 12 months time you want to say, I achieved this, I did this. I got there, I persisted, I believed in myself. It all comes from changing your mindset, change your mindset. And I can guarantee you that the money will flow, I have felt that I felt that I went so deep, even just this year alone, I went so deep. And I can tell you now that it was a magical journey. But when I realized that, oh, my god, the money is actually flowing, like it's really flowing. And I haven't been focused on the money, I've been focused on one aligned action at a time, I've been focused on breaking through one belief at a time, I've been focused on changing one neural pathway at a time, when they'd come up, I work on them. When a spark would come through, I do something about it, I wouldn't just write it down and let it go. And I've done that I've done that many times. But then the energy can feel like it lacks you know, the energy can feel like oh, my ideas and you know, the spark was there, and I had the energy then in there, but I didn't do something about it, then. So that energy falls off until maybe next time that it pops back up again. But that's all it is. You continue to work on your mindset. And that money flow is going to come because you are stepping into the woman that you're becoming, you're stepping into your highest self. And you will get there just bit by bit. So chip away, make that commitment to yourself, change your mindset, and you will increase the money flow without a doubt. When I started to notice it was in March Oh no, not much. So in March, I realized, in four months, I had 13 times my income in my business from when I actually put out an offer again, after re launching just a year ago, just a year ago, you know, it was a few months, and I was just sharing and I was just on the podcast. And I was just on, you know, Instagram. And I was doing the background work. But I was literally just sharing because of the love of it, the joy of it, what felt good what I wanted to talk about to connect and to educate, and just to serve everyone that was listening. And I did it from such a good place like there was no ulterior motive, and there still isn't. And that's the beauty of it when you're talking about and when you're sharing what you're doing and what you're learning and you're following one divine spark at a time. That's when everything starts to unfold. And it unfolds really quickly. Because there's no ulterior motive. You know, we're not doing something just to make X amount of dollars, you're doing something with the desire to serve, to change the lives of everyone who's listening to change the world, essentially, because more money in the hands of good people, changes the world. And I want to see a world where all the incredible caring, generous, loving people have the money because more money means more impact. More money means you get to do more with it to support others that you wouldn't have otherwise been able to. So this is where it all starts. You know, and it even went to it was in May, I've reflected and like things are just kept snowballing into better and better, better and better. I realized in May, it took three days in a space of three days. I had made my monthly income, my monthly say part time income in three days working for myself. And when I broke that down even further, I realized wow, that actually took probably two hours of my time. Two hours. In those three days. I was on Zoom. I was you know in the DMS and then boom. So change your mindset increase the money flow one step at a time. Thanks for listening to this week's episode. I hope you enjoyed it and if so, please subscribe to the podcast and join our mailing list at money mindset hub.com. Until next time, remember everything you desire and deserve is just on the other side. add up your own resistance so take that next step
