What my ignorant mind never understood.

My brain would never comprehend when people would say "you're in control of your own destiny" - I'd think what? But it's already mapped out

Why would psychics be able to tell you what's going to happen in the future if you could just change it?

I realise now that I had a closed mind.

I was too stubborn.

I couldn’t understand it and what they were saying, because I wasn't open to new ways of thinking.

We are all flawed human beings. Acknowledge it, own it, choose what parts you want to hold onto and what you don't.

Don't be ashamed or guilty for past decisions or judgements, because when you know better you do better.

You didn't know then what you do now, it's a journey not a destination.
