Are you really stuck and overwhelmed, or do you just struggle to regulate?

Have you ever experienced the feeling of being so overwhelmed, so lost, so stuck, so confused with a million things to tackle and not knowing where to start, so you just do nothing?

I sure as hell have and I know my clients have to.

This is normal and could be when you are experiencing and ebb in life or the resistance that comes up when you are meeting the new edge of what is possible, and really you are about to have a break through.

What often happens is we don't know what to do so we start looking for things to do to make us feel productive but they really don't matter, like updating our website for the 100th time, second guessing everything we post, create, write, record and feel like almost burning it all down and starting again.

This is normal, but here is your loving reminder to not waste your time on the website or any other task that really doesn't build either connection, trust or move the needle.

So here is what to do:
👉get it all down on a piece of paper - I call this my brain dump list,
👉do something to make you feel just a little bit better (aka. Coffee, walk, sit in the sun, listen to music),
👉then feel into it and start shifting all the belief, fears and doubts that come to the surface through whatever technique or modality suits you in that moment (aka. journalling, reframing, EFT, TLT, hypnosis, there are many powerful ones that I love and do with my clients and on myself).
