41. A year of expansion and the lessons
This year was truly transformational for me and also really expansive, not just in terms of the growth I had in my business, but also the personal breakthroughs, the challenging moments, the lessons I learnt and the resistance I had to move through in order to get to this point.
Some of these key lessons were around blocks about being seen and heard, moving through perfectionism and procrastination, honouring where I am at and not needing to be any further ahead, amongst others that you may be able to relate to yourself.
This episode takes you through my word of the year, which was expansion and what that meant to me and how I felt I lived up to it, as well as how I manifest my desires.
I also dive into what I thought was going to be my word for the year for 2023 and then how it came to me so clearly that it was something completely different and more powerful.
I hope this episode truly helps you acknowledge and appreciate where you are now, the lessons and growth you had this year, where you may desire to be more intentional next year and also the confirmation that you are exactly where you are supposed to be right now in this season of life and business.
