34. Rewire your mind for unimaginable success
In this episode we talk all about why it is so hard for us to adapt to change and why it is so important to know that if you continue allowing your habitual thought patterns and ways of acting and reacting to stay the same, your experiences will continue to be as they always have been and your life will never change.
It takes consistent repetition and commitment to changing your personality, understanding exactly what you are doing and why, but this is how you can become intentional and become greater than your logical mind could ever imagine and experience unimaginable success in your life and business.
For most of my life the thoughts about who I am, what I was capable of, what I had to do to be successful, how my life would play out in the realistic world kept me stuck, lost, confused and overwhelmed. They were like invisible weights on my shoulder that I didn't know how to remove and maybe you have felt the same?
I touch on some of the darkest moment of my life and the mantra I use that has always got me through. and of course, the one thing you can begin doing today to rewire your mind for unimaginable success and become the most wealthiest version of you, unapologetically.

First point that I really wanted to start with was, if nothing changes, nothing changes. Right. And I know it sounds so obvious. But if it means that if you continue allowing your habitual thought patterns and the ways that you're acting, your behaviors, and reacting to stay the same, then your experiences will continue to be as they always have been. So I just want to say that one more time. If we continue allowing your thought patterns and your habits, the way you act and react to stay the same without ever changing without becoming aware of them, then our experience will stay the same, right, your experience will be the same and your life will continue as it has always been. So most people live in a state of fear and stress, whether it's conscious of unconscious by constantly living in this state of perceived fear, right. And this fear then invokes that flight fight or freeze response, which stems from your primal real primal nervous system. And it's to keep you safe. So this comes from way back when we live like cavemen and women, and there was so many factors affecting our safety. But we don't live like that anymore. We don't live in a world like that anymore, where we constantly have to be on edge. Because you know, my God, the lion could come around the corner and eat us all right. But we still have that, that habitual I guess response drilled into us the fight flight or freeze. And

since we no longer live like that we don't live we're not K men or women anymore. This is where we need to understand that we need to adapt and change to live life, like we're living right now. So living in this state of incoherency, you know, constantly feeling like you're, you've got these fears, and like perceiving fears, right? I just wanted to put that there perception of fear, even if there's not necessarily anything to be afraid of. It's a perception. So if we're constantly living in this state of incoherency, within our brain, it affects the way that we that you see the world essentially. So the way you experience the world and perceive threats, whether the likely or unlikely to happen is affected from the incoherency in your brain. It's your perception of reality, right? So think about how often lately you've felt stressed or anxious and fearful. And maybe it has to do with the increase in cost of living and not knowing how you gonna make it work. Maybe it is about lack of money flowing in the lack of traction in your business. The fear that you won't live up to the potential you know, you were born to write the thing about that, how often have you felt these stresses these anxieties, these fears creep up just recently, personally, we've had a multitude of increases in our cost of living. It just feels like every week, there's something else going up going up going up, Brian. So being a family of five with three young kids, it's an essential factor to think about, right we, how we manage it, what can we do both from the feminine and masculine point of view to to get by it to make ends meet, and to live the abundant life that we that we do and want to continue doing. So even just being a mother in general, it is difficult to switch off. And I know dads feel the same. But you know, I usually speak to just most women. So we we struggled to switch off, we have so many hats that we're wearing all the time, and this never ending to do list. And it affects our ability to be able to ground ourselves and be present and focus on right now, when in reality, that's the only thing we're supposed to be focused on. Because you can't change what has already been done in the past. And you can't predict the future. Because if you're trying to predict the future, you're essentially trying to predict the future from your experiences of the past. So you're either living in the past or the future, not the present now, and everything happens in the very now. Right? So think about right now, if nothing changes, nothing changes. What are your thoughts and your habits and your behaviors that you're doing right now, in this very moment today? Just take it day by day? What can you do to change and just improve that 1%. So let's talk about your personality, because essentially, your personality is what creates your reality and how you experience your life. And your personality is made up of how you think how you feel and how you act. So once you begin to pay attention and become the neutral observer of your thoughts, your triggers your emotions, your actions and also your inactions. Right, this is when you can change your identity to become the truest version of you, your fullest expression, the wealthiest, most successful version of you manifest the money, the success, the recognition, the abundance, all those beautiful things that I know you are striving for. All right. Without the filters, right, no more filters, no more hiding, no more changing to suit others or fit in the box that you believed you needed to to be successful. Definitely been there.

I've definitely been there. I am a recovering people pleaser. And I always thought I had to follow this linear path to six, eight turns out totally wrong. That was rubbish. So here we are, I'm telling you now. When you begin to become the neutral observer of your thoughts, that's when you can change everything. Because again, remember, your personality is how you think, feel and act because your personality creates a reality. Your personality determines how you perceive and experience life. Think feel, act, that's what you've got to focus on. So it takes consistent repetition and commitment to change your personality though, right? And I'm not talking about changing your, your morals, or your soul, right, your personality, how you've been shaped, your conditioning, everything that's led you to where you are now, when you do stay small, when you do hide when you don't speak up all those things, you know, so think about that. And understanding exactly what you're doing and why. This is how you become intentional. And you can create a blended mind body connection to become greater than your logical mind. And experience unimaginable success. So often we get caught up in this, this state of being like, well, you know, I'm just really logical. We all are intuitive beings. We are all energetic beings, right? There is some form of whatever you want to call it, whatever you believe in, right? I just call it like a higher power. I just, I believe that there's, there's a higher power above me that I can't see and feel. But I do hear it occasionally, you know, sometimes more more often than others. But when I tap into my intuition, I feel like that's when I'm being guided by a higher power of some some sort. You might call it God, you might call it sauce, Infinite Intelligence, whatever you whatever you want to call it. But when you begin to tap into that, rather than your logical mind, because remembering your logical mind just wants to keep you safe from all those perceived fears.

And that's can keep me quite stuck, right? Because you're constantly living in this state of like stress and fear and anxiety of things that could go wrong or things that you know, we're living in the past and the future, not the present now. So I've been on this journey for the most part of the last decade, right? Like diving really deep into my conditioning my inhibitions, thoughts, beliefs, triggers. And it's not been easy. It has been really, really bloody challenging, if I'm honest. So I don't want to tell you that personal development works going to be easy. And working on your money blocks in your success blocks is going to be easy, because it can be challenging, it can be really confronting and upsetting. But at the same time, so liberating and freeing to know to truly no hand on heart that I can create whatever reality that I desire. And so can you. When you're like, I'm done living this way, I'm done thinking this way, I'm done acting this way. I'm done, you know, muting myself for not speaking my truth and not following what lights me up and just doing what I've always thought that I had to do. When you stop that you set the boundaries, and you start to tap into yourself. And you start to work on how you think how you feel how you act. That's when everything starts to change. Because by doing that, the way that you think changes, and if the way you think changes, the way you feel changes the way you act changes, and therefore your life will change. But if you don't change how you think, feel and act, you'll stay where you are, and nothing will change. Here's a loving little nudge, you can create whatever reality you desire. So focus on those things, focus on your personality, those key things. So here's a super important point when it comes to the thinking portion of that, because that's essentially all where it starts. But 90% of the thoughts that you experienced today will be the same that you experienced yesterday, and the day before. And the day before that, and so on. Because those 90% 90% of thoughts are habitual and repetitive, until you decide to become aware of them and take control of your mind. Right, rather than allowing your mind to run its own race and control you, and how you feel and how you behave and how you experience life. So for most of my life, the thoughts about who I was what I was capable of what I had to do to be successful, how my life would play out in this realistic world. It just kept me stuck and lost and confused and overwhelmed. They will like these invisible weights on my shoulders, I just didn't know how to remove. And maybe you've felt this too, you know, maybe you felt the same. You're sick of living this life that you thought you had to to be successful, you're sick of following everyone else's methods to be wealthy, or whatever it is that you're desiring. And you know, you're sick of it. So if you're looking for a sign, here it is, you can create your reality because you're so much greater than you ever imagined. And by committing to doing the work, this is when the possibilities will begin to unravel right in front of you. The ideas that you've been searching for those intuitive nudges, the aligned people, the love, the wealth, the opportunities, they've always been there, but you just weren't receptive to them yet. Right? When they're not in your awareness, how can you receive something that's not in your awareness? How can you know something that you don't know? Until you become aware, aware that it's something you need to work on, or it's something you need to focus on instantly? That's when you open your your consciousness, right? That's when these these nudges, these most beautiful align synchronicities start to happen is because you have decided to change the way you think, feel and act. And all of a sudden, you're creating your life. I don't think it's a coincidence. When people come together. Maybe when even when you you come across someone, maybe you hear like, I don't think it's a coincidence that you're here listening to this episode, I think that you were guided to listen to this episode, and it's something you needed to do, and you will get something from it that you were searching for, you know, so I just I never think it's a coincidence anymore. I used to think that all the time, I used to think, oh my God, there's so many coincidences. And now I'm like, No, I don't believe in that. I believe that. That's just life happening for me. And the more that I look for what I want, the more opportunities and the more synchronicities and the more aligned people come my way and the beautiful things happen and the more intuition,

intuitive nudges then happen for me. So life is always happening for you. The more that you search for what you want, the more that it will all come together and that is you creating your reality. So my life mantra that I literally repeat to myself daily instead as my husband is, it is all coming together. Right to repeat that off to me. It is all coming together. No matter what shifts. What's happening right now no matter what stresses or fears or resistance you might be facing, there is always light that will come from it. Even in some of the darkest times of my life, I trusted this. And I'll explain a couple of them to you now, right. So when I witnessed my house burning down, and I thought my mum was inside, I trusted it would be okay. When I was told my dad would most likely become a paraplegic. I trusted it would be okay. When my husband was in a car accident, I trusted it would be okay. When I was dead, broke, stressed out of my mind, I trusted it would be okay. Rather than looking for all the reasons and all the negative outcomes, right, like looking for all the worst case scenarios, I chose to focus on the light. And that's what I was gravitated towards. And by doing that consistently, it's led me here. And yes, my mom was okay. My dad is okay. My husband is okay. It actually all come together. It is always coming together my life mantra, feel free to take it, it's golden. And the last sort of thing that I wanted to discuss with you today was this is one thing, right? This is the one key takeaway that you can do to begin to rewire your mind for unimaginable success. You've heard me say it, but I'm gonna just sum it up right now. Become the observer of your thoughts, your emotions and your behavior. Question them all? Where did they come from? are they true? Are they serving you? Are those thoughts serving you? What is triggering those emotions? Why are you acting or reacting the way you are? Why? If if they're not serving you? If not, if you find that, you know, you've actually got a lot of these shitty thoughts and feelings and behaviors coming up where you're self sabotaging yourself, or maybe it's a belief that you've picked up from mum or dad or teachers or whoever, and they're not serving you, then what is the truth that you would rather believe? What is the thought that you would rather think? What is the way that you would rather feel? What is a better way of acting and reacting? No one's perfect. It takes commitment. Yes, it is challenging, there are no quick fixes when it comes to this. Right, we can't just snap our fingers. And all of a sudden, our brain has just totally opened up. Because if you think you know, I'm 31 right now I've had 31 years of my brain creating all these neural pathways that have led me to here. Luckily, I did start this a long time ago. To change those pathways to change those neural pathways to change the way I've think, to do things that I once thought I could never do because there was I had no confidence in myself whatsoever in my abilities, that's all changed. But there's always a resistance that comes up. So it's never something that we just do once and we finish we constantly have to keep committing to it. All right, so question all of them, your thoughts, your emotions, your behavior, just change 1% per day, not even change but like just improve 1% per day. And that will completely change your life and it will completely rewire your mind for unimaginable success. Absolutely. So I'm sure this gave you a lot to think about and lots of areas to explore.
