Your Life, Your Responsibility. Why is it so hard to accept the pros and cons of this?

You are responsible for your hard work, your achievements, your reality, your good deeds and so on.

Why is it then that you naturally deflect and pass the blame onto others for your mistakes, your bad judgement, your misfortune, your failures and so on?

That is because this is learnt behaviour for most of your life and it is so deeply engrained in your body to a cellular level that is is hard, uncomfortable, shameful and even confronting to release and heal.

Trauma can be minor or major, it is subjective to each individual and their personal perception of the event.

Regardless, it is necessary to OWN IT - own the good, own the bad, own the shit you have done, said, thought, believed, projected onto others, own all of it and then do what you need to do to move on and stop allowing it to run your life and future trajectory.

We have all made bad choices with money, made selfish decisions, wasted money on shit we didn't really need or want, judged another for spending too little or too much, none of that matters.

The trajectory of your life, your future successes, your future wealth, all depend on you being an adult and owning all of it, doing what you need to heal from it, forgiving those you need to (for you, not them), finding mentors to learn a better way moving forward, a way of thinking differently.

Did you need this little wake up call? I definitely did.
